John Lewis Dunyon
It has taken me all day to do this post. Last night my darling Little Grandpa Dunyon passed away surrounded by his loved ones. He was 92 years old. He was so proud of his age. He lived at home and still drove his car. He was always wanting to know what we were doing in our day to day lives and took such pride in our family. I can't believe he is gone. I will miss you grandpa. I am so grateful to have had you as my grandpa. I love you but I know that you are Happy where you are and having such a glorious reunion.
On my 30th birthday in Grandpa's back yard where I was almost every July 24th of my life. What amazing memories filled with love and happiness.
Just Last week we visited Grandpa in the back yard.

He looks like a really fun Gpa. So sorry for your loss. It doesnt matter how old they are, there is definitely a void when they are gone.
I love that you all got to be with him just last week! My grandma was 91 years old and even though I know she is happy and reunited with her loved ones, it is still so hard! It still is . . . 7 years later. I miss her so much! That just means they were amazing grandparents!
He seemed like a wonderful Grandpa. You are lucky to have been with him a lot in your life. I hope that you feel comfort at this time.
Oh gal..I was so sad When I found out! And I cried when I read this post!He was such a sweet man! I am so sorry for your loss! I am glad you got to see him before he passed! YOu never know when when they will go..it is so sad..but he is with Mary and they are in a better place!
So sorry for your loss. What great memories you and even the kids will have of such a great man!
